It's been a while since I've written, so just a brief synopses; I traveled to NYC for an Olympic distance race with my team and although I didn't do as well as I wanted, my team mates had a great race. Funny thing is that we stayed at the 63rd St. YMCA! It was close to the race site and the price was right!

I then traveled to upstate NY where I stayed with a great home stay, Lisa and Rich, who took me in for two weeks. I had a great time and was able to prepare for the Lake Placid Ironman to be held on July 24, 2005.
