On Friday October 28 at 9am I will be speaking to a class at Monterey High School, my alma mater. This will be the 4th time I've been asked to come and speak about triathlons. I enjoy telling people what I do and how I started into the sport. I hope that I inspire people to try triathlons or any healthy activity.
